I thought it was...

E-mail Print PDF

I thought is was a deer, or a coyote, or a turkey. What they thought is irrelevent, what they did is of consequence - they shot another hunter because they were being stupid. This is happening all too often nowadays. Its bad enough we have groups out there fighting to take away the right for us to have hunting and the right to bear arms, but then hunters pull a stunt like this that just screams "irresponsible and dangerous!". Where did we go wrong? Don't they teach people about identifying their target, ensure your backstop? Is it that they forgot or do we make it too easy for them to buy a gun and run around the woods?. Take a shot is probably the most important decision these people will make on any given day. They will choose to take a life (albiet an animals life), wouldn't you want to make sure you do it right given the importance of what you will be doing? Maybe not...maybe these are the same people that drink to much and get behind a wheel.

Welcome to Lake Stupid

E-mail Print PDF

Welcome to a relaunch of this site. Going to use this website to track and document fishing exploits. I love to fish, and just want to share the experience with others.

Still in the process of building the site, so be patient. Hope to have the gallery and forum integrated soon so we will have a place to share our thoughts and photo's.

Stay Tuned!
